This class is a brief introduction to working with plants intuitively and through the senses, rather than thru intellect and information. Guided meditation, followed with personal tea blending experience. After you have created your blend, you will learn the benefits and qualities of your plants. I will also discuss how using whole plants applies to health and holistic skincare, and will have some products on hand to sample and purchase. Bring pen & paper for notes, if desired.
