Jewel Lyn Designs came to life in 1988 when Marilyn was studying for her graduate gemologist degree. She was watching her little filly, Jewelyn Jet, run and play with her mother in a pasture. Then, with degree in hand, Marilyn worked in the retail jewelry business for about 10 years. Meanwhile she took some hands-on jewelry making classes and decided to create her own style and line of jewelry. Marilyn now makes her home in Loveland. Her work has been featured in four galleries in Colorado and California where she finds an endless array of beautiful stones, metals, textures, and methods of setting. It is truly her passion!
