Dottie began telling stories when she was the librarian at Poudre High School.  When the local chapter of Spellbinders started in 2004, she was a charter member and shared the oral tradition of telling folk tales, fairytales, fables, Native American and historical stories third and fourth graders. She also likes to tell stories to adult audiences and has told locally to Quester groups, local Crone circles and the Fort Collins Public Library.  She has also shared stories at Crone Counsel gatherings in Colorado, Utah, and California.
